Renwick Exchange Re-Roof
Built in the 1950’s using internal guttering systems of the era meant this building had been leaking for some time. MPS undertook major work to rectify.
Following detailed assessment by Metro Project Management and a structural engineer Metro removed the entire roof structure and framed up a new roof that extended out over the sides of the building. External guttering was installed followed by new roof cladding. The work was carried out under covered scaffolding to ensure no threat to the sensitive equipment inside.
