Who are we?

Metro was established in 1991, providing a range of essential services to building owners and property managers. Over the years, we’ve grown into a nationwide operation, delivering facility and property maintenance services across New Zealand and the Chatham Islands.

We’re proud to partner with major New Zealand and Australasian asset service providers, as well as key Government organisations. Metro is also a preferred maintenance supplier to one of New Zealand’s largest telecommunications companies — a testament to our trusted reputation and proven capability.

What we do

Metro provides comprehensive asset and facilities maintenance services across New Zealand. Our work covers everything from grounds and building maintenance to preventative maintenance, routine and urgent repairs, and large-scale property improvement projects.

We also offer specialised services, including asbestos surveys and management plans, as well as asbestos removal and encapsulation — ensuring your properties remain safe, compliant, and well maintained.
